We are collaborating with Agilent on a research project involving the “Localisation of tRNA modifications by mass spectrometry”. As part of this collaborative project, Agilent has provided us with an LC-Q-TOF 6546.

The aim of this project is to extract tRNAs from a biological fluid and to study the modifications present on these tRNAs.
