Deep phenotyping and new biomarkers for better patient stratification.
The objective of the PPC is to set up biomarker’s innovative approaches for deep phenotyping associated with bioinformatics tools to integrate data analyses and store them within MESO@LR, the health authorized computer server adapted to secure and encrypted storage of clinical data. Any patient clinically assessed in the clinical center of Immu4cure project will be proposed to be included in one of the cohorts and will benefit from an innovative immune response assessment called deep phenotyping: Epitope mapping, mAb Glycosylation, Auto antibodies, single cell proteomics, epitransciptomics, ultra-sensitive and multiplex immunoassays (Nulisa).
