On March 12, we organized a Biocampus workshop with the PPM, discussing the present and future of clinical proteomics.
This workshop included some interesting topics such as:
– Deciphering the different proteomic analysis workflows, with their constraints and advantages.
– What approaches should be used, depending on the clinical/biological issues involved?
– Discussion about multiple projects done by the PPC.
This was followed by interesting exchanges, questions asked and answered, and of course a tour of our laboratory.
