We already have validated protein biomarker on the platform (Hepcidin, Apolipoprotein E, Tau protein, Orexin, NfL, etc).

Large scale MS based proteomics
- « High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry » (HRMS) allows the identification and the characterization of many proteins in complex mixtures.
- What types of samples can be analyzed ?
Tissue, cell culture, cell supernatant, biological fluids including CSF, whole blood, plasma, serum, saliva, tears…, etc. - What services are available?
Protein identification and characterization, Label-Free Quantification (LFQ), PTMs identification, glycoproteomics, single-cell proteomics, histones quantification, surfaceome.
Immunoassays based proteomics
- The developed methods consist of the use of antibodies to detect specific proteins in biological samples, to perform ultrasensitive, large plex, and low volume protein quantification.
